Mick Noteboom

Mick Noteboom, President and Partner, started his career with MassMutual in the fall of 1988 in Mattoon, Illinois. In the spring of 1991 he opened Professional Benefits Group at Champaign, Illinois. Specializing in life insurance and investment services Mick has developed a practice that is based on service. Mick received is master of science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia,PA in 2018.

Mick is also known as the 457 guy because of his expertise in developing a deferred compensation plan for municipalities. This is based on compliance, implementation, enrollment and service.

Mick is responsible for meeting with clients and implementing their plan of action according to their goals.

Julie Noteboom

Julie Noteboom, partner and Mick’s wife, began her career with Edward Jones in Mattoon Illinois. She joined Mick in 1991 when their oldest daughter was born. Julie is the pleasant voice you hear when you call the office.

Julie is responsible for processing all service requests. She also reviews all new business submissions and gets them ready to go through the approval process. She also keeps all client files compliant and up-to-date.

She has her series 7 and 24.

Isaac Noteboom

Isaac Noteboom, website administrator, is the youngest of Mick and Julie’s four children. He is currently a junior at the University of Illinois majoring in economics. Isaac is responsible for keeping the website up to date.
